Every FLOOWW order includes a written product specification, third-party inspection before shipment, and Merxx-financed terms. This is how we make sourcing from India trustworthy.
Quality inconsistency is the number-one concern buyers raise about Indian suppliers.
A supplier’s sample passes, but the production batch doesn’t match. Certifications are presented but not verifiable. Goods arrive damaged because packing wasn’t specified in writing.
These are not rare exceptions — they are common outcomes when a buyer deals directly with manufacturers they don’t know well. FLOOWW is built to solve this, not with promises, but with a system.
Three components. No component optional.
Every order goes through all three components of our quality system. Skipping any one of them is not an option — it is how we carry the quality risk on your behalf.

Written product specification
Before any order is placed, a specification document defines material standards, dimensional tolerances, performance requirements, packaging specification, and labelling. This document becomes the contractual basis for quality acceptance. No specification — no order. This is non-negotiable.
Third-party inspection
Every shipment is inspected by an independent third-party inspection agency against the written specification before loading onto the vessel. Inspection reports are shared with buyers before the bill of lading is issued. If goods fail inspection, they do not ship.
Accountability as principal
FLOOWW acts as principal, not agent. We buy the goods and sell them to you. If goods fail to meet specification on arrival despite passing pre-shipment inspection, FLOOWW is the responsible party — not the manufacturer. You do not need to pursue a factory in a jurisdiction you don’t operate in.

Products are sourced from manufacturers holding relevant certifications including BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), ISO 9001, and market-specific certifications as required per destination country.

Merxx finances every trade we originate.
Trade is financed by Merxx, which underwrites buyer creditworthiness independently. This means:
- Buyers receive financed payment terms — no advance payment to a supplier they don’t know
- FLOOWW does not carry open credit exposure from the buyer
- Manufacturers are paid promptly against confirmed, financed orders
- Both sides of the trade are protected by a structured finance layer
